# FLINTTECH x402 API

> Live construction permit leads for Minneapolis, Chicago, Austin, Seattle, San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles, contractor permit history and website audits as clean JSON for AI agents. Pay per call in USDC on Base via x402: no API key, no signup, from $0.01.

Paid routes answer HTTP 402 with an x402 v2 payment requirement on Base mainnet (eip155:8453); pay and retry. Failed calls (4xx/5xx) are not settled. Volume tiers: /leads/bulk, /contractor/batch and /audit/batch cost less per record than the single-call routes. Identical requests are served from a short cache (X-Cache header) for speed; every call is still paid.

Great for contractor/supplier sales prospecting.

## How to pay
Use @x402/fetch (wrapFetchWithPayment) or any x402 v2 client with a Base wallet holding USDC. Settlement goes to 0x328c4Dbb5B9E0811835E7d8c58295857b4F7f7E5 via the x402 facilitator Coinbase CDP facilitator (@coinbase/x402). Payments settle through the Coinbase CDP facilitator, so these endpoints are eligible for the Coinbase x402 Bazaar (listed after settled payments). Clients should echo the 402's extensions (including extensions.bazaar) in their PaymentPayload, as x402 v2 specifies; if they omit bazaar, the server adds its own declared bazaar extension before /verify and /settle so the route can be cataloged.
